July Fourth and Quincy's Cousin Taylor Visits!

Quincy's cousin Taylor visited us this past week. We had so much fun! We took a trip to the beach and the weather was so nice. We got to play in the water and dig in the sand. Quincy ate some sand too as you will see from the pictures. (Just a reminder, click on the pictures and you can see them larger).

Quincy had fun finding seaweed and then we had to throw it back in the ocean and waving bye-bye.

Also at the coast Quincy and Mom rode a little choo-choo train and the carousel. Both firsts for Quincy!

For the Fourth of July we had a picnic with the playgroup friends and then watched the fireworks. This is Deacon and Quincy playing ball in the park.

To watch the fireworks we climbed to the top of the hill (a good workout pushing Quincy in his stroller) and hung out on the grass until the show started....10 pm....late for Quincy's mom! Pictures in the group shot is Quincy's mom and dad and his cousin Taylor and god-mom Bethany!

What a difference a couple months makes! It's odd looking at how drizzly the beach trip was in May compared to July. Ahh..the Oregon Coast.
