Quincy and Bouji

Quincy and Bouji, our cat, have a unique friendship. Quincy adores Bouji and Bouji tolerates Quincy. Last night I captured a typical chase between the two of them. First, Bouji tries her hardest to ignore Quincy.

Then Quincy goes in for the kiss and is denied!

After the first attempt, Bouji does everything she can to get away from him and he continues to follow her around.

Finally a kiss!



And then exhaustion from the chase!

Quincy's Mom Starts a Blog!

Hi Everyone,

Well, I figured it was time for me to join the 21st century and actually learn how these "new-fangeled" blog things work!

This will be a much easier way for me to keep you posted about Quincy's adventures!


I haven't shared any Easter photos yet so here are a few. We had an Easter Egg hunt at the park with Quincy's baby group friends. It was really fun but really, really cold in Portland that morning! Brr! Sheila, Quincy's daycare provider, gave him a great Easter basket and these sunglasses were part of it, he loves them....funny!





Unfortunely, we don't need sunglasses in Portland right now but I am hoping for a little warmer and sunnier weather when we are in Utah. We can't wait for our trip, less than two weeks away.


Yesterday Quincy and I went out campaigning for Obama! Go, Barack! It was fun and a little scary just knocking on doors. Mostly, people were nice and honestly, almost everyone we talked to is already voting for him.
